Labour fails to keep it's promises on immigration

Labour’s promises of Immigration are continuing to be broken, rather than get to grips with immigration like they promised at the General Election. Deterrence methods have been abandoned and more illegal migrants crossed the channel since Labour was elected than under the Conservatives.

Previous Conservative policies brought in saw a reductions in every statistic of people entering the country and saw enforced returns increase by almost 50% for those who had outstayed their welcome. All this good work now appears to being undone.

Locally in Earley and Woodley a previous migrant hotel that had been closed in May has now been re-opened again, at the cost of millions of pounds of tax payer money.

Labour just cannot be trusted to deliver on their promises to tackle immigration.
